Unlike many lenders our barrier busting mortgages require no minimum time remaining on existing Visa* and offers Skilled Worker and Health & Care Worker Visa holders up to 90% LTV with no minimum time spent in the UK. We’ll push even further to 95% LTV with one year’s residency.

*If there is less than six months remaining on the current visa, confirmation the applicant will seek an extension is required.
