New-build purchases
For new-build purchases, we can accept builder deposits of up to 5% with no adjustment of the purchase price for LTV purposes. This means we can offer up to 90% LTV gross to visa holders regardless of their UK residency period. Applicants simply need to match a builder’s typical 5% deposit-paid deal.
