It’s great news! From Monday 21 July 2025 we’ve introduced a host of changes including a new fee structure created using your feedback, term extensions on 5 Year fixed term products, and more.
New fee structure for residential products
- Removed the £199 application fee.
- Introduced £250 cashback on purchase applications.
- Completion fee is now consistent across all products to £800.
- Customers will pay valuation fee if an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) is not suitable.
5 Year fixed rate product term extensions
We’ve extended the term for the following 5 Year fixed rate products from 30 September 2030 to 31 October 2030:
- Core Residential – 5.39% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 80% LTV – F263
- Core Residential – 5.64% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 90% LTV – F264
- Visas – 5.75% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 80% LTV – VISF40
- Visas – 5.94% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 90% LTV – VISF41
- Income Flex (5.5x) – 6.00% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 90% LTV – IFHF49
- Income Flex – 5.69% fixed to 31/10/2030 80% LTV – IFHF52
- Income Flex – 5.90% fixed to 31/10/2030 90% LTV – IFHF53
- Credit Flex – 5.79% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 80% LTV – CFHF18
- Flex Plus – 6.22% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 80% LTV – FPF11
- Flex Plus – 6.27% fixed to 31/10/2030 – 90% LTV – FPF12
The following products are now withdrawn
- Core Residential (Remo only) – 2 Year Discount 5.40% variable (Homeowner Variable Rate – 1.64%) 80% LTV – HVD19
- Broker Direct (Min 500k) – 2 Year Discount 5.19% variable (1.85% off Homeowner Variable Rate) 80% LTV – HVD24
- Core Residential – 2 Year Discount 5.15% variable (1.89% off Homeowner Variable Rate – 1.89%) 90% LTV – HVD18
- Credit Flex (Remo only) – 2 Year Discount 5.74% variable (1.30% off Homeowner Variable Rate) 80% LTV – CFHD2
- Visas – 2 Year Discount 5.29% variable (1.75% off Landlord Variable Rate) – 75% LTV – VISD1
