Hinckley & Rugby Building Society is delighted to be the first regional society to partner with Submissions Brain (formerly Lendex), the multi-lender application and submission platform from Mortgage Brain.
The gateway allows brokers to carry out multiple Decision in Principles (DIPs) and enables them to share documentation with partner lenders. Intermediaries also have the option to submit full applications through a standalone form on Submissions Brain, which is then sent to Hinckley & Rugby via secure email.
This is the latest advancement in the Society’s digital transformation process, aimed at streamlining the application process for brokers and their clients by integrating greater levels of technology to increase efficiency.
The Society has joined the likes of Accord Mortgages, TSB, Nationwide Building Society, Virgin Money, Coventry Building Society and Platform, all of which are recent additions to the Submissions Brain system.
