Flex Plus Mortgages

Our Flex Plus mortgages are designed for individuals with unique or highly complex circumstances relating to their credit history, income, or employment, or who are purchasing a non-standard property.

We assess each application individually, looking at the full picture rather than a single factor. This makes Flex Plus suitable for those buying a second home, using a family loan for a deposit, consolidating debt, or needing to raise capital—scenarios not supported by our Core Mortgages.

Flex Plus mortgages are available to first-time buyers, home movers, and remortgage applicants. They are not available for existing customers who are renewing their mortgage with us or seeking to borrow more.

Due to the niche nature of these products, they may come with a higher interest rate. Therefore, they are not suitable for applicants who meet the criteria for our Core Mortgage products.
