The new portal represents a significant upgrade on the previous broker journey, and will modernise the way brokers engage with their applications. The portal has been developed with Sopra Banking Software and includes a host of innovative features, including:

- Easy uploading of packaging documents
- Instant DIP decisioning
- Instant ESIS availability
- Easy amendment of previous DIPS
- Clear visibility of how each case is progressing
- Secure messaging system to discuss individual cases
