We are pleased to announce that we are cutting the rates on the majority of our Skilled Worker visa mortgages, and enhancing the criteria.
These products have been designed specifically for skilled workers on overseas working visas, including those working in health and social care. Our updated flexible criteria, which includes no minimum residency in the UK and no minimum income, appeal to even more families recently resident in the UK. Criteria update
Spousal Visa Criteria Update: We now welcome joint applicants (where the supporting applicant is on a spousal visa) to apply for up to 95% LTV, as long as the main earner holds a Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa. Previously this would have been capped at 80% LTV.
